The future Autobot leader talking to Bluestreak, is working behind the archival computers. If you look carefully enough in the first frame, you will see a diagnostic drone in the upper left hand corner. They were featured in Beast Machines: the same drones that assisted Megatron and the Vehicons.

In the second frame from the top we can see Kup, Ironhide, in the center is Wheeljack, and to the very right is Grimlock.
Inside the chamber of the ancients, the young Optimus has just learned that the Matrix has chosen him to carry the mantle. But Optimus is hesitant.
The illustraters at Dream Wave through in a little easter egg in this scene. If you look carefully at the lights against the wall; they almost spell out a sentence. 'Till All Are One', a line heavily used in Transformers the Movie, and which from then on; that line had a connection to the Matrix, in the later spin-offs. I just think it's really cool; that they payed so much attention to these things!
