After the Vok emissary Tigerhawk was destroyed on Nexus Earth, the Vok began their original agenda to destroy all of the invaders who disrupted their experiments and created Primalizer.Built from the remains of the first Optimus Primal salvaged in deep space he is nearly indestructible and has enough firepower to decimate an army of Maximals or Predacons.A form of energy called negative energon, which the Vok supply him with, gives Primalizer the strength and firepower he needs to do the job.Primalizer's attack style is deadly and savage, rarely will he think rationally in combat but has an intellectual side. Weakness: Though he has much strength; Primalizer has a low tolerance to large doses of cyber-venom and can be taken down quickly if shot several times with it. Also if Primalizer's monthly supply of negative energon can be located and stolen Primalizer will not have the strength he needs for combat and will most often go into hiding until his next shipment. Because the energon is negatively charged, it restricts Primalizer from becoming transmetal, but because of the energon's immense power it more than makes up for it. However if any Maximal or Predacon uses the negative energon their circuits will be seriously damaged by it.
