Homeworld(s): Parliens homeworld was Parlie prime, but it was destroyed during the Dominion war. Their current homeworld is Parlie two.

History: Before the Dominion War, Federation located this race quite nears its borders. Federation and Parliens formed Nonaggression then. When the Dominion War started, the Parliens started secretly attacking Federation's colonies and the Federation had to broke the Nonaggression and declare war against them. It didn't took long before the Parlien forces had been wiped out. Folans and Vemrers bombarded the Parlie Prime, but several ships had already escaped from the Parlien territory. Folans and Vemrers continued the attacks in the Parlien territory, even that almost all the other races tried to stop them. The Parlien union was destroyed, only some had escaped to the Gamma Quadrant's rim territories. The Parliens apparently were attacked by the Lightness few times, during the Lightness War, but they were able to repel these attacks. After the Lightness War, the Parliens heard something about a new alliance called the Interplanetary Alliance, which were formed by several colonies from other races. Then the Parliens came out of hiding and immediately requested to join this new alliance. IPA council accepted their proposal and then they were added to the IPA.

Military: Their military is weak, but it is now controlled by Interplanetary Alliance.

Power: Alone they are not strong, but with the Interplanetary Alliance they are stronger.

Info: Parlien Union is now peaceful race, but before that they helped The dominion in their war against every race in this galaxy. Now they are members of the Interplanetary Alliance. We thought that all Parliens were killed during this war. But it looks like some of them survived.
