The Fleet organization, as described in my stories, is mine. I created it on my own, and you can't take it or use it, unless you e-mail me asking permission.
Andus and its species, Andusians, are mine. I created them all on my own. You can't take them, or use it, unless you e-mail me asking permission.
Guardian is mine. I created her with the help of a subconscious appreciation of Brooklyn from Gargoyles. No money is being made off her, Disney executive people, so please don't sue me on that. However, her color, personality, 'n' all that shtuff I created on my own. You can't use her without asking me permission.
All the stuff you see about 'creators' was thought up by me. Before anyone goes using such ideas has to come to me first, so I at least know where you're going with it.
All the characters that are not mine and not owned by Disney are the property of their respective owners. This is explained again in my stories. You can't use them without asking their owners. If you ask me, I won't/can't give you permission. It's not my character.
