Genetically enhanced soldier/assassins created in a South African eugenics experiment using Death Row prisoners. Soldiers with implants that stimulate their adrenalin output increase their strength and agility and block pain receptors, resulting in hyper-adrenalized fighting machines that are incredibly strong and fearless. The bodies can't take that much punishment for long. They only last six months. A year tops.
