From Finish to The End

The calm was ground
By a slow influx
Of masculine activity.
My thoughts stopped
Churning ever so slowly,
Until finally I was left
To write a poem.
I seldom write poetry
About writing poetry,
And have never seen
It done before.
So I wrote this poem
To prove to myself
A poem could be written
About writing a poem.
And this is what I
Call rationalization.
