Bloomington Transit Community Charrette
Thursday, April 10, 2008, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the auditorium of the Monroe County Public Library.
The Bloomington Public Transportation Corporation (BPTC) will soon update its Transit Development Program. This study will chart the direction in which transit service can be improved and better developed in the Bloomington community over the next 5-10 years. An important first step in the study process will be the conduct of a community charrette in which the public can propose ideas and suggestions for developing better public transportation services. This community charrette will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2008, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the auditorium of the Monroe County Public Library.
Written comments and suggestions can also be submitted in writing by addressing them to Bloomington Transit, 130 W. Grimes Lane, Bloomington, IN, 47403, or by email at customer AT kiva.net. In the near future, the general public will also be able to submit ideas and suggestions via an online survey for which an internet link will soon be announced.
