The Unwelcome Guest
Susan contacted us one day to ask if we could help her get rid of an unwelcome
guest. A few days earlier a friend of her 15 year old daughter, Beth, had
witnessed a black shape moving into the back bedroom. Earlier that same day Beth
had also witnessed a black shadow moving by the back bedroom, but she had first
thought that it was Susan. Later Beth found out that Susan was still asleep in a
different room. Beth had not thought of mentioning it to her mother until her
friend saw the same thing.
Upon hearing this, Susan remembered that a few years back there had been some
strange smells of pipe tobacco and blueberries in the house. Both Susan and her
husband, Louis had written them off to memories of his deceased grandparents
whose house they were now living in. The grandparents had passed around the same
time as they first noticed the smells. Sometimes in hauntings, the demonic use
familiar smells such as these to mask its presence. This way they can gain the
people from the house's trust. With doing this, the demonic can gain entry into
the house and the lives of the people living there. There had been no other
instances of paranormal activity until recently.
After a tour of the house the back bedroom was picked as the place that felt the
worse. Reverend Larry started the deliverance ritual there. During the prayers
the smell of pipe tobacco was noted. After the ritual the house felt much better
especially the back bedroom. A week after our visit Susan called to report that
there has been no more black shadows and that they all felt great and all were
again comfortable in their home.

Susan had contacted us about a black shadow and strange smells in her home. The
black shadow had been seen by her daughter, Beth and Beth's friend. The smells
were witnessed by the whole family.
During our visit we prayed in all the rooms especially the back bedroom where it
felt the worse. As Larry prayed we all smelled pipe tobacco all though none of
us was smoking.
It has been two years since our visit to Susan and her family and things are
quiet and there have been no more incidences of paranormal activity.
