Beast mode is a Transmetal panther. Flashfire is mostly dark red and gold in this mode, with some black on his paws and tail. He can deploy jet boosters from his sides for flight in this mode. Although he's not as fast as Cheetor Transmetal, he has better endurance.
    Robot mode: Flashfire looks a lot like Cheetor Transmetal in this mode, except a bit larger and bulkier. He has mostly black-and-silver "fur" on his chest, upper legs, and lower arms, while the rest of his body maintains the same metallic red, black, and gold that his beast mode has. In contrast to the rest of his body's color scheme, Flashfire has remarkably sky-blue optics; however, this calming color does not fit Flashfire's bad temper.
    Personality (Predacon): Flashfire doesn't have many friends among the Predacon ranks, and that's understandable. Flashfire gets angry incredibly easily, and tends to take it out on anyone near him. Other than his bad temper, little is known about Flashfire, as he's not one to open up to others.
    Personality (Maximal): After Rhinox managed to eliminate the Predacon programming overriding his true Maximal programming, Flashfire no longer lashed out angrily at others. However, he still is a bit of a loner, and doesn't talk much unless it's about tactics. As such, his personality is still a mystery to most.
    Weapons: Although Flashfire sports no weapons in his beast mode, he has several in his robot mode. First, he has a slim axe made from his tail, optical laser blasts, and he can also shoot small fireballs from his hands when he places them together (like when Cheetor Transmetal fires his plasma blasts).
