Khora Vanitie Third Child has always had a fascination with humans, despite the xenophobic tendencies of her people. Even when tensions were running high between the humans and the centaurs during the dark years following the death of King Phillip's wife and daughter, chore hoped that the two races might find a peaceful co-existence once again. (In fact, she secretly snuck out of the village on more than one occasion to have a peaceful co-existence with both men and women, depending on who tickled her fancy at the time.)
She was selected to participate in the King's Tournament, something her family was not exactly thrilled about. An oracle had suggested to her that by competing, she might not only begin to bridge peace between the humans and the centaurs, but she might also discover who killed her brother Jado years earlier.
POWERS AND ABILITIES
Khora is a fully grown centaur woman with all of the natural abilities that her race are known for. She can move over open ground at high speeds when she's at full gallop, and she is much stronger than average humans. Although trained as a warrior and extremely adept with a broadsword, she prefers to flirt and laugh rather than cross swords. But this doesn't mean she's an easy opponent. In battle, Khora fights dirty and with stunning brutality.
Khroa speaks the centaur language, the common human tongue, as well as several other exotic languages.
Unlike other centaurs of her tribe, she is not particularly skilled with a bow and arrow.
