Brief History: When 8 of 11 first came to the realms of Dragon Court, he met Seska. He impregnated her mind with an idea, with very simple words: "You CAN choose." Seska let that idea grow within her and gave it the form of a living being that has ultimate freedom, and ultimate responsibility. A child, that would grow up to struggle with madness all her life. It was Seska's parting gift for him. Many years later. Seska had made her choice, and in a final confrontation, 8 of 11 had to leave his life in DC behind, to safe Gerrod's doppelgänger. He tore out even his most precious memories, moments he had wanted to give to eternity: Ning, Smile, his loyalty to Tantal, all his aquired knowledge and abilities. The peaceful mornings in the Citadel. And the memory of his children, Osterhase and Suspiria. That was the last thing, Suspiria had heared about her father. Some years ago, a peasant claimed to have seen a warrior in torn-up armor, carrying a dead man up the stairs of Arborium. Others have overheard some servants talk about a blind man living in the donjon of the castle's west tower. Then again there may be truth to the story of a blind seer and his companion travelling across the lands of DC. There has also been wild speculation about what had caused 8/11 to leave all his logic and knowledge, and even his children behind. Some people say, he had decided, that he did not want to live without this man anymore, even if it was just his duplicate. All of these rumors have not been confirmed, and for Suspiria it mattered not. Her father had left her.
