The B`rel class was deemed adequate during the war, but many of them were outmoded and\or underfitted war-wise(though one had a strange repair that proved beneficial). This was on the drawing boards at the time, though never considered once the Founders had left. Now, with tensions rising everywhere and a new guiding force in the Empire, these ships are ready to be made.
