After, new door to 3-season room
Landscaping just to right of driveway. Cut down two smaller trees,
put in drainage then fill in low spot and grass.

Add open cover next to 3-season room
Landscaping by 3 season room, cut two big trees down,
put in drainage for gutter, add 2 1/2 foot of fill then grass.
