Death

Death was your average teenage girl, romping about the meadow with girls until one day--hold up. What am I thinking? This mare was always OUT-of-the-ordinary. Her parents, or at least her father and the mare that was appointed her gaurdian, were always skeptical about her. She never spoke, and something seemed different, like the actual death held her soul captive within the body that she lived in. At that time, her name were actually Thade, but when she took off, growing tired of always being forgotten about or shunned, she whispered only one word, the first and perhaps last word that would ever see daylight from her lungs: Death. And so it became her allias.

She took her revenge on the herd she had been born to when she discovered a phrophecy surrounding her and her twin sister, Blasphemare. The two were born of a long line derived from the very first evil horse to ever walk the Earth. Her great, great, great, great, great grandmother had been the spawn of all things deceitful and nasty in the society of equines that had begun to thrive about the world, and when her soul was locked away in a tomb for what was thought to be all eternity, her last words were a curse. From that was born the prophecy. Twins would be born down the line in the seventh generation to a runaway psycho and a deceived stallion that would fall desperately in love with her. His insanity would prevail, leaving him victim to the darker of the twins, and in turn his herd would be wiped out aside for one; the second twin filly.

So Death lured away Artifice, the father of the two, and turned his psycosis into something that she could use: malice. He wound up killing off all his beloved mares, but the small, black filly had urged him, if not by words but illusion, to go for the other twin, Blasphemare. Despite all the efforts, she managed to slip both of their grasps and left for a land known as Beqanna. For many years, Death left to travel the world, hiding from the disgrace she had felt in the defeat of her morbid plans. But then she stumbled upon the same realm as her sister had so long ago. She did not realize that this was the place Blasphemare had wound up, nor would she know for quite a while to come, but what she did find there was peace and solitude from the hatred that had ruled her previously in the form of a love named Aubade.

Aubade was the son of two starcrossed lovers. Sinai had been the king of the Chamber of Evil before dying tragically, but not before finding an eternal lust for a mare known as Starling who he had thought to be his sister. Aubade was now the evil king, but his heart mourned for solace, and it came for a while in Death. He blessed her with twin sons, Rael and Trais, before disappearing into the night just before the dawn of Disruption. It would be the last time he saw his love, though, for he had his own misfortunes; mainly a lust for perfection. He wound up begging for mercy beneath the hooves of his dear friend, Nightshade, not able to live with the fact that he loved not only Death, but his half sister, Aubane. So as the blood ran down his face, Death returned to Chamber of Evil, a widowed Queen.

More To Come Later

In the eerie gloom of the dark, dank night,
There was not to be found one bit of light.
Two souls met up; no sin to be found--
Yet nothing could stop what was now also bound.

Born to the night and damned to always be
A shadow in the dark, for no on to see.
But now she has walked away from the path
She was destined to be--can you do the math?

Will you walk with dear Death to the depths of Hell,
Blinded by Black with splashes of White,
And always followed by an Unknown past.
Her eyes are forever ceaselessly watching,
In a world of Quiet ruled yet by a long lost soul.
