Hi!  My name's Elizazabeth, and I'm a crazy cheeky monkey!

Okay seriously, my name *is* Elizabeth, and I'm a crazy cheeky 22-year-old from NYC.  The saga of my life is one with many twists and turns that would bore you all to death, so I'll just skip that and tell you the saga of my Lord of the Rings obsession.  It all started very innocently on January 1st, 2002, when my cousin insisted that I accompany him to see The Fellowship of the Ring.  I had no interest in seeing the movie (sad but true), but being a good cousin, I went along.  Little did I know how it would change my destiny . . .

I thought the movie was absolutely brilliant, and dragged one of my friends to see it again.  While the movie did scare the life out of me to the point where I was scared of the Nazgul bursting out of my closet in the middle of the night (don't ask), I was also fascinated by it.  And it didn't hurt that there were many yummy boys in it.  After receiving the extended Fellowship DVD as a Chanukah gift, the obsession began to take form.  Even though I loved the movie, it wasn't until I started to watch the extra features (courtesy of Liz the Magnificent) that I started to grow addicted to the boys of LOTR.  Sure, I knew all about Sir Ian McKellen and Elijah Wood, but I was a newcomer to the wonderful world of Viggo Mortensen (mmm...), Orlando Bloom (ooh...), Dominic Monaghan (hey...), Billy Boyd (wow...), Sean Bean (whoa...), Sean Astin (cute...), and so on.

Having already written slash in a few fandoms, it was only natural that I enter the LOTRips pantheon, one filled with brilliant authors and wonderful stories.  The first one I wrote was "The Nature of Angels", and after that I started to be the target of merciless plot bunnies wth nasty big pointy teeth (sorry, a Monty Python moment).  My signature piece, so to speak, has become "The Viggorli Chronicles", a WIP string of 22-part series all following the same storyline.  The first series is "Fumbling Towards Ecstasy", and the second is "Remember To Breathe" (yes, more will follow).

Since the plot bunnies are attacking me daily, and there are no bunny-proof vests on the market as of yet, these fics continue to write themselves at an astounding rate.  Read what you please, I hope you enjoy, and feedback is *always* appreciated (trust me, I always write individual thank-you notes).

Just wanna give some shout-outs:
- To all those who have given me feedback for all of my stories . . . you have my undying gratitude
- To my MoHo girls, Liz, Tracy, Liza, Peanut, and Mel, for helping keep my slashy batteries charged (especially Tracy, who was my Venus in getting this monster set up . . . you're worth so much more than a Chinese dinner)
(Webmistress' comment:  Of course I am.  ;)  And don't worry, I will make sure I collect on the other half our bargain.)
- To the LOTR boys, who would probably freak out if they ever read this (but really, how could I resist when you're so delicious?)
- And to Jack, for keeping me warm at night
