Summary:	Get the color of the item (or whatever color you wish)
Occurs:	When the user uses the eyedropper tool and clicks on the item.
Details:	where specifies the location that the user clicked. Return the foreground color of the eyedropper tool in reply, where 0xRRGGBB is the color (RR is red, GG is green, and BB is blue, from 00-FF). For errOut, specify 0 for noError.
