The actor had pleaded guilty at Bristol Crown Court last month to raping, indecently assaulting and causing actual bodily harm to the women, aged 53 and 31, in separate incidents in Clifton.
His first victim was attacked in July 1999 after she watched the Bristol Regatta with friends. She was forced out of her car and punched in the face before being raped twice. The second attack happened in September last year as the woman was going home from a party. She was pulled into a garden where she was raped.
After the verdict, one of the victims criticised the sentence saying "it wasn't long enough. We have both got a life sentence, but he hasn't."
