RAPIST: Dennis Langevin

Dennis is a twice-convicted rapist and registered sex offender. Police are now searching for him as he is accused of kidnapping and raping yet another woman in Chino Hills, California. Langevin installed some phone equipment for the woman at a business complex several weeks ago. Police say he returned to the complex on October 30th and raped her.
