This Terran building gives special abilities to the basic Terran units.  Stim Packs give the Marine and the Firebat the ability to temporarily increase the speed of their attack for a cost of 10 HP.  Restoration can restore any unit affected by a spell back to it's original state.  The Optical Flare ability can blind the affected unit so that he can only see one unit in any direction.  If you use Optical Flare on a detector unit, it is no longer a detector unit.  U-238 Shells permanently increase the marine's attack range.  The Cadaceus Reactor gives the medic +50 energy.
