- This is a game that can be
created by the elementary teacher and used as a literacy activity at center time.
- Object of the game:
2 Players take turns rolling
the wacky paintbrush dice and move their game tokens the number of spaces
displayed on the dice. Once the player reaches the space, they must read
the word. If the word is read successfully, the player receives a star. If
they cannot read the word, they will open to another part of the game (see
bottom image) where a list of the words that gave difficulty are kept.
They must type in the word, and also create a sentence with the word.
