Species: Were
Physical Appearance: He appears as a man of strong build standing 6'2" tall and in his were form he is like a lizard man, however he is really a were-dragon. He has a 20-foot wingspan when they are full spread behind him, and a long thick tail. When he’s human he’s bald. Also his left eye is a pale, lonely blue while his right is a milky white, giving the appearance he’s blind but he can see perfectly.
Armour: Jointed tail plate, Full sleeved chain mail shirt, Breastplate, Upper leg plate, Desert boots (Hard leather boots with metal plate stitched into them, they extend up to the knee and are held with latches)
Weapons: Twin Hatchets, Spiked Tail Claw, Lance, Rope and Hook, Throwing Daggers
Abilities: Breath Weapon - Fire, Arial Acrobatics, Flight, Necromancy, Elementals, Poison Tail, Swimming, Aqua Lung

History: A few years before he was seen wandering the deserts, merely thought a phantom, now its becoming more apparent that he isn’t. Especially as people go to search him out and never return.
