Great Great Grandfather
James Enwright (betterr know as Mas Jim) was an Irishman that had his way with many Jamaican women. He had many children, one being my great grandmother Maude Enwright who married a Frenchman Alfred Stephen Carvalho.
Great Grandfather
Alfred Stephen Carvalho born in France moved to Haiti and later to Jamaica. His brother became the French Ambassador to Cuba while his siblings lived in Jamaica, British West Indies. He was the only brother that did not marry French and married a Irish-Jamaican Maude Enwright.
Grandparents
Osmond George Carvalho the son of Alfred Stephen Carvalho and Maude Enwright. He married a Barbardian Eunice Howell whose father was an East Indian. Her mother Emeline Simmons had her out of wedlock and later married a Trinidadian George Howell who adopted her. Emeline divoiced George and later married a man from New Orleans named Carey. Osmond & Eunice had 2 daughters Gwendolyn & Dorothea. Dorothea married Conard William Callender.
