What exactly is Intermodal United? Our focus is on the people who do the job of moving intermodal containers in and out of the port of Charleston. This site is dedicated to helping those professionals in the transportation industry get the job done.
From truck drivers to dispatchers, the information contained within will help you navigate your way in and out of the port more easily. So much focus has been on the port and it's crew, little has been done to help those that actually transport the freight.
And that's where we come in. We're here to help you. With listings of the various steamship lines calling on the port terminals and off port depots to who to call ahead of time to make the move much faster. We also offer information for the driver--procedures to follow when entering and exiting the terminals.
