These are also referred to as 'Elbow Out Extensions'. This can be done on a flat bench, but I prefer to do them on an incline bench. Start with the DB's on your chest. With your elbows pointing out to the side, you will press the DB's up, keeping the ends on the DB's touching at all times. Feels awkward at first, but these really hits the back of the tricep.
