Rear Delt Flye Machine
Most gyms probably have some kind machine similar to this. The picture is hard to see, but you are pushing back with your elbows. You can vary arm position. This is like the machine in the Westside videos, except for you are sitting versus standing. It helps you isolate the rear delts. I don't worry to much about the weight. I usually do this for high reps of 15-20.
