Lat Pulldowns
I think this exercise is pretty self explanatory. There all kinds of different attachment bars to use. I usually use a different one each time. The key with this exercise is to keep the shoulder blades together, and focus on pulling down with your elbows. This helps you use your lats better, and eliminates help from the biceps/forearms. Notice my back is relatively in the same position at the top and bottom. Be sure not to "rock" too much. I try not to cheat. This helps me isolate my lats better.
