JM Press w/ Chains
This is one of those exercises that is difficult to explain, so I won't attempt to. There are a few different variations. I do it the way Dave Tate showed me at his seminar. You can use straight weight, chains, or bands. Use a close grip with this one. This is typically done for heavy sets of 3 to 5 reps. This is a good exercise to superset pushdowns or extensions with.
