Chest Supported Rows
The best exercise for lats in my opinion. The key is to keep your shoulder blades together and focus on using your lats. People tend to cheat a lot on rowing exercises by using there biceps to help them pull the weight back. To eleminate this, I think of pulling the weight back with my elbows. This helps me use the lats better. I typically do 5-6 sets, using a different grip each set. You can also vary your feet position to hit the lats differently.
