Band Pushdowns
This is one of my favorite tricep exercises. I personally made some big gains in tricep size and strength using it. There are a couple of ways to do this one. I do it by putting a band behind my neck (pink or green). I grab one end of the band in each hand. Then I grab a the bar and proceed to do tricep pushdowns. The pushdown gets harder at the bottom, instead of getting easier like a standard pressdown.
