Essentials of e-Business Computing (10 weeks): 
This module introduced the essential concepts of e-business through the use of the Internet. I conducted research on the Web, designed and constructed basic Web sites using Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Microsoft® FrontPage®. I Incorporated HTML and client-side VBScript for data validation, special effects and other functionality. Designed and developed relational databases using Microsoft Access and created programmed functionality using Microsoft VBA for Access. Created Web-based interfaces to transfer data from the Web to a database. I was introduced to the concepts of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design. These concepts are the fundamental e-business skills that applied to subsequent modules of the AIT program and eventually in the workplace.
