Eleventh child of  T. A. and Kitty Carlisle.  In 1884 Tommie married Rev. R. Hugh  McAulay, born June 3, 1849,  an  A.R.P. minister from Huntersvilles, NC.

Tommie mentions in a letter to Emma Carlisle, that "Minna joins in love for Aunt Emma and all the cousins." I am assuming that Minna is their only daughter.

Tommie and Hugh lived in Virginia, Kentucky, South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. Their their final home at was at Woodruff, SC.
