OK folks, the photo gallery is gonna be simple...Some will be fish, others will not. This is my
history as it involves fishing, so I'm gonna do it how I want to. As I get more stuff scanned,
it will grow, but heres what I have for now...for all of you who want to know who I am...
Here's Noel!.
I also have one other all consuming love in my life...the guitar. Heres me doing the other thing
I love, New Years Eve, '99...Playin' away, Y2K style!
This one is dedicated to the person that is responsible for my love of fishing, both directly and
indirectly. He died when I was three years old, yet I can still remember him clearly. I'm not
going to go into alot of detail, otherwise I will end up a sobbing mess at my computer screen...so,
without further adieu, here's Grandpa Joe and me, with two nice
flounder.
Second in creating my love of fishing was the next man. When Grandpa died, his brother, my Uncle
Frank took over where he left off. He not only kept me fishin, but he helped shape me into the
man I am today, being that my father is a jerk off and wasn't there to teach me. Here's
Uncle Frank and my little sister Charlotte
Last in the teachers, but certainly not least is the woman that brought me into this world, my
mother (insert "HI MOM!"). We're still working on training my stepfather, so for Christmas I bought him a
copy of the book, "Fishing For Dummies!" (Actually a good book!) (BTW The only reason I specify stepfather is that
Barney has been more of a father to me than the waste of Oxygen that helped conceive me, and I don't want anyone to be
confused, Barney's the man! Anyway...) She and I have spent mornings at 5am trekking down the beach just to catch
the incoming tide carrying four rods and sand spikes, a cooler, etc, etc...she might
not ever see this, but here's her little corner of cyberspace...I love you, mom! Barney, just wait, give us a
couple more years and you'll be walking it with us too...just don't forget the sunscreen for your head!
My parents, New Years Eve
Here's the one that started it all folks...my first striper, 7 lbs., 27 in. Not
bad for my first one...ON MY FIRST CAST EVER TRYING TO CATCH THEM!
Noel's first striper.
Here's where I give props to my little brother Josh, the coolest little brother in the world! He
got up with me one morning to go catfishing and it paid off. Not the biggest fish, but for two
and a half hours fishing, we had enough to fry up. Josh and a fine
mess o' catfish.
While we're on the subject of Josh, here he is with his first two keeper striper...
Josh's first keepers. The 13yo hangin' tongue look.
Now, if you wanna see some of the wierd things that can happen Catfishin', take a look at this! I was fishin' on the bottom
with a live bream, in about 30 ft. of water...and caught this! Yes, thats a 7.3lb Largemouth!
Remeber the mention of the topwater plug with the grub behind it on my striper page? Well, when they're schooling good, (even
if they're little) Here's what can happen...and you'll cuss 'em for all they're worth once you get them to the bank, cause
you'll swear you had a keeper! I swear it's a keeper...awwww, d@#%it!
Well, besides my family, I have to have some friends to fish with, and the best way to get a bunch of friends to fish with
is to have a LAKEHOUSE PARTY!
After the party is over though, only the diehards stay, and we happened to catch a nice school of crappie as we stumbled
around the dock that morning...Noel, Stacey, and David, with a nice stringer o' crappie.
I just recently got a new fishin buddy, matter of fact, he hasn't even been fishin' with me yet! Pretty hairy little fella
too...Me & Barak
I guess I should mention my dear, sweet, kind, loving...awwwww, who am I fooling...the woman that has put up with me for five
years. She caught her first keeper striper last season, and it's been downhill since! Jen & Barak
My boy Johnny hadn't fished in eight years when I mentioned on day at work I was going, and he wanted to go too. Well, now
he and Jen fight over who is gonna go with me. Here he is, the night we actually had snow in SC a few weeks ago!
heeeeeeere's Johnny!
Here he is folks, half of my twin cousins, Michael. This is a picture of him and I on Bourbon St. We have fished more
since we were children than probably anyone has fished with me. Noel and Michael...now
where's Neil!
