1. Will complete an interest and career inventory
2. Will identify sources for obtaining a job.
3. Will be able to complete a job application accurately.
4. Will identify appropriate grooming and attire for job interview.
5. Will be able to list ten important facts about successful job interviews.
6. Will be able to successfully interview for a job.
7. Will identify realistic job choices.
8. Will tour a minimum of five businesses to learn about different jobs.
9. Will participate in community based training at three businesses.
10. Will attend field trips to agencies in the community that relate to adult
living.
11. Will recognize the importance of attendance and punctuality.
12. Will demonstrates how ones behavior affects others.
13. Will recognize authority and follow directions.
14. Will know how to maintain good relationships when they leave a job.
15. Will be able to identify characteristics an employer wants in their employees.
16. Will be able to identify solutions to problems with co-workers.
17. Will be able to complete pre-employment and employment forms.
