The Zoq-Fot-Pik Society
The Zoq-Fot-Pik’s current social structure is very segregated. Basically each race can only do certain things based on the person’s race. A LOT of the Zoq-Fot-Pik’s social structure came from the dynamics of the society when they fought the Zebranky and up until recently deviations were almost impossible. Because of the order of the name and the positions of the races it will be assumed that the Zoq are the alien on the left, the Fot is the one in the middle, and the Pik is the one on the left.
The Pik are the directors of companies and firms, they command people and things. 98% of the Zoq-Fot-Pik military are Pik because back when they were fighting the Zebranky they were the warriors, therefore they have violent background and they have remained this way ever since. That is way they are the most aggressive and direct and rude, when they were introduced to sentience they fought, it’s been with them ever since. Now Piks can ‘cross over’ to other things like labor and education, but they generally stay in their frame of jobs. Of all the races, the Pik have the most option in their choice for a career. The Pik are direct, rude, and obnoxious and they fight with the Zoq often, they bring in radical emotion to triad. The Pik consist of 1/3 of the ENTIRE Zoq-Fot-Pik population.
NOTE: To expand you mind to the general choices of jobs for the Pik. They are known to become gym teachers and produce and direct ‘action’ programs(like TV and movies, but very different. They just watch a screen and it takes as long as it does). Many Pik are in the labor industry (meaning the DO the labor), they are psychologists to other Pik. Many Pik do stay on the general job list, but about 24% of all Pik ‘stray’ from it. The Pik teach lower (basic) education.

It was evident to the Zoq and the Pik that they were intelligent(they were capable of reading the Zoq-Fot-Pik language) , but since they can’t directly speak with them and all they really do is just work they acted as though they were mindless robots.
The Fot were in the shelter of the cities during the war and since the Fot rarely communicated (even with each other) they had little to do other than work and have sex (sex was enjoyable for the Zoq-Fot-Pik). With the Fot protected, needed for doing the labor work and breeding more than the other races it’s no wonder that the consist of 50% of the planet’s population.
Lately with new technology the Fot are VERY capable with communication. As a result it was discovered that the Fot were vastly capable of being intellectual. The Zoq are talkative and active, while the Pik are obnoxious, blunt and offensive. These ‘qualities’ divide their attention to many other things, where as the Fot can only focus on work and sex. With the Fot requiring little brain it is obvious that they are the most stupid out of the 3, but with the solitude of themselves and little to think of, they are actually very intellectual. Some are very good politicians, some create the arguments for choices in the voting booths, but thing they are the best at is writing. It is said that if you’re not a Fot your not a good writer. The only writing the Pik do is for action(the Fot are REALLY bad at that, since there isn't any action in their life) and all the Zoq do is informative books.

There is a relatively simple explanation, the Zoq’s efficiency is VERY low. The Zoq talk a LOT and they don’t have a lot of focus. Their arguments with the Pik are a major cause of this.
Their lack of efficiency is a huge drain on the society, so much that a large portion has to do the same work to get results. However every race has a fatal flaw, and this is it (the Zoq-Fot-Pik also have a very good point, it is their triad co-operative which is very efficient). The bickering between them started when Pik warriors hated and argued with the Zoq superiors because they witness a horrific death of their comrade and blamed the Zoq for faulty planing. It was also jealousy, they Zoq are the smartest and most powerful of the triad, anyone would be jealous of that. After the war was over it was just a tendency for a Pik to argue with a Zoq. With communication more available allowing more focus on social aspects of their life this has amplified the conflict. This conflict will NEVER be resolved.

However, when a Pik killed a Fot, the Pik would receive hard punishment, but no official jail time, a Fot is a valuable piece of property. Nowadays though a Fot is treated like a sentient being, although still insulted for their muteness and less intelligence, but some things never die.
The Pik did always like the Fot though. Their fights with the Zoq many Pik felt as though they were alone (they only had other Pik), but with the Fot, the Pik felt like they have a friend, that will listen to you and not insult or even talk back.
But the Fot needed the Pik to give them a certain direction. And the Pik needed the Fot to ‘fight’ there solitude (which could have made a Zoq-Pik war. They would feel solitude because there are 3 races on the planet and one of them fights with you all the time) and to make buildings and food(for the entire race).
