I am
missing something.
It is like a hole in my wing.
Unaware of how it was lost,
Or at what cost.
All I know is
It yearns to be filled.
Everyday it grows.
I wonder if it shows?
I am losing my hold
On this, which is cold.
Only to be connected
To the warmth.
The emptiness must reside
In that place inside.
It has broken me in two.
To be together, what should I do?
I need the missing part
And never become apart again.
