Review:
The new dessert sensation that's sweeping the country turns out to be deadly stuff indeed. Typically slapdash Larry Cohen production has some engaging performances, and the spirit of silly '50s science-fiction films, but doesn't always come off as horror or comedy. It does have its moments, however and a bunch of familiar Commercial Spokes-persons. Gotta see it!
