ADMISSIONSProcedures*The parents should complete the application form and return it with the fee to the Emirates Montessori Registrar. *The admission committee reviews the application and makes a decision regarding the acceptance of the application. *When the application is accepted, the registrar sends and enrollment agreement to the parents. *A student is formally admitted when the signed agreement and specified fees are received by the registrar by the specified date. In accordance with the rules and regulations of the Ministry we would also need the following documents related to your child: *5 Passport size photographs. *Passport photocopy (including the residence permit stamp) *Birth certificate photocopy. *Vaccination card photocopy. *Transfer Certificate if necessary. Schedule of School Fees: Registration Fee: Dhs 300 Medical Fees per annum: Dhs 100 Activity Fees per annum: Dhs 100 Tuiton Fees per term(4 months): Dhs 2000 Transport per month based on the area Dubai/Karama: Dhs. 100 Deira: Dhs 120 Ghussais/Al Shaab: Dhs 150 Terms and Conditions The admission fee and the first quarterly term fees must be paid in advance upon admission. Fees are to be paid by the 10th of every term. A late fee of Dhs 15/- and Dhs 30?- will be charged after the 15th and the 25th respectively. Please note that the fees for the last term should be paid before the 10th of May. If a child attends school from September to April, he must pay vacation fees, that is, July and August fees at the time of withdrawal. Fees once paid are not refundable under any circumstances should the child not eventually attend the school. No reduction in fees are made for vacation or for broken periods during any term. Pupils availing themselves of the school bus services must give one full calendar months' notice in writing of discontinuation of the said service. Attendance till the last day of the term is compulsory. Request for permission to leave before that date or extension of holidays after the commencement of the new term will not be entertained.
