1). Testing is just to see about were every one is in their skill. One part of the clan
    is to help and to improve. you courrent skill. This way we know what we have
    to play with.
2.) Testing and winning get points like a turny these go toward advancement in clan.
3.) Testing is another way to get people involved and want to join. Ex. host a game
    called {AEP} tryouts. and only let the winner join. This adds a skill leave to the
    clan. And most people would like the challange better than just joinning a clan.
4.) We will all get to meet one another for this is to hold place at same time witch
    is best for majoridy of clan.
5.) We are here to play so lets play and have fun.
6.) There is no way we can demote you or get you kicked out so do your best without
    worring.
7.) We will hold these every now and than to keep up with were we are, and were
    people need to improve. Along with this their will be Clan and Clan vs Clan Turny's
    for us to test out pour skill and give us something to fight for. "PRIDE"
