About Me

Well, I guess you'd like to meet the person behind the pages huh?

First and foremost I am a born again Christian! What does that mean? Well, Jesus told us in John 3:3
"I assure you, unless you are born again, you can never see the Kingdom of God."

Also, I am a wife to a great man, who is currently serving his nation in the Marine Corps. I am a mother of three terrific kids. My eldest, Michael, is three. The second, Kirsten, just turned two, and our newest blessing, Johnathan, was born on September 11th.

I do not hold a job out in the "work force". It is my conviction that mothers belong home with their children. To raise them according to God's commands. In Deuteronomy 6, God tells us
"You shall teach them (God's commandments) diligently to your sons (and daughters) and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up."
This is such a challenge for us. I can't see how you can possibly do this when you spend less time with your children than others do.

I have slowly taught myself HTML over the last three years. I have taken breaks here and there, because it was easily taking over my time. I would find myself spending less time with my God, and with my children. That is why this site doesn't seem to change to rapidly. We have to keep our eyes on what is important in life. Everything of this world will burn up one day. We must keep our eyes on the eternal aspects of life.
