Shari left the pool shortly after she received the papers from Damien and went to her room to take a closer look at them but when she got to the room Black Knight was there already.
She smiled and blushed and he probably knew she was up to something.
She kept thinking walls.
Thick walls with big black spikes sticking out of them.
He stood up when he noticed her in the room and looked at her peculiarly.
"Is something wrong?"
She shook her head no and kept thinking walls.
"You practicing your walls? They're being loudly broadcasted stop thinking so hard just keep them in the back of your mind and don't worry I won't go snooping in your mind."
She smiled.
"Well thanks."
He nodded and went back to sitting at his desk writing down something in a black paper as Shari wondered what it was and than blushed ashamed at being a snoop when he had just declared that he wouldn't be in her buissness.
She sat down on the bed and looked at her hands. She wished she knew how to read palms so she could see if she could get out of this place.
Do I really want to go?
She knew she did but than she knew she would miss Black Knight and Michel.
She felt that she would miss Michel more but not as like boyfriend material more as best friend or older brother material because he was being so sweet to her.
She had one brother but he had moved away for college and was off and married with kids already because he was so much older than her.
She felt someone rubbing her shoulders and looked up confused with a dazed expression.
Black Knight smiled at her and kissed the base of her neck and she leaned back into his comfortable body sighing. He was so warm and he was being so gentle with her.
She was so tired. She moaned in pleasure and snuggled herself into the crook of Black Knights neck and fell asleep.
Black Knight knew the moment Shari had fallen asleep and laid her down on the bed stroking her hair absent mindly.
His thoughts drifted back to Tam. Damn that girl, why did she come now when he was going to call off the assassination.
He knew how obsessed she was with him already by the way she sighed his name out instead of speaking but he couldn't blame her because the same thing happened with Shari.
He had told her to stay in the castle and see if she could win his heart and get him to leave Shari alone.
Immediately after she left, he found out that Michel was missing and had ordered men to watch the town carefully and ask him what he was doing and if Dark Dealer wanted out of the Dark World Black Knight would grant it but if he wanted to stay well some things were going to have to change.
Tam held a two- way radio up to her ear.
"Did you get him yet?" She heard some static but no answer.
Finally a masculine voice came on.
"Get me? Oh, Tam I didn't know you cared so much?"
She breathed in as she heard Dark Dealer's voice.
"I care. A lot. Black Knight has a proposition for you so come back. OK?"
Again the static rang in her ear and for about five minutes she waited for the answer.
"I'll be there but I'm leaving again too." He said quietly and the radio shut off on its own.
She shook her head confused and went upstairs to find Black Knight to tell him what Michel had said.
After going through the offices, a guy named Damien had told her it was upstairs and had not elaborated. He walked away instead before she could respond.
Thorn stared at the unconcious Christina and touched the two small punctures on the side of her neck and laughed joyfully. He had a full stomouch and was in a cheerful mood which was quite peculiar for Thorn.
Thorn picked up Christina where she lay limply in his arms and he smiled and kised the top of her head. Such beautiful hair he thought.
If he found out she liked it too maybe he could have her cut her own hair.
He laughed in delight just thinking about torturing her. Sabrina smiled seductively at him as he walked out into the main hallway.
"I had a present for you but I lost it." She whispered and ran a finger down his chest.
"Well Black Knight gave me a gift." He said and nodded to Christina.
"So I won't be needing you for some time so go bug some other fool who will fall for your practiced faces you witch!"
He said and laughed and went upstairs to his room.
