"Renegade Wind"

"Renegade Wind" was a 1973 McGregor Venture 24
that I bought after I lost Fugu. I restored her, sold her,
and bought a 27' Bayliner Buccaneer named "Rhody"

Now I regret that I did, because "Renegade Wind" would
have been a perfect trailerable boat for cruising the Florida Keys.

"Rhody" was too large for my small truck to pull all the
way there from South Carolina and sailing there takes about
a month. With a trailerable boat the trip is about 13 hours.
