Rami Jaffee is the only other member, besides Jakob, from the original lineup for the Wallflowers. He is the keyboardist that adds the incredible organ trills to the songs, courtesy of his Hammond B-3. He also plays a Vox Continental. His trademark on stage? A cigar...not just sometimes...every time I have ever seen them in concert, the first thing I was able to see as they came out on stage was the glow from Rami's cigar. That and his perpetual dancing to the music. I don't think he ever stands still during the whole show. Like, I said before, he is an original member of the group. But he has also played on many other albums and he is very much a sought-after studio musician. For example, he is on the latest Joe Henry album. He is married to Alicia and has a daughter Tovi.
