Dude Love: Short Bio

When Mick Foley was a young man growing up in New York he and his friends shot home made movies in which Mick wresled as a ladies man named Dude Love. The tapes he eventually lead to his meeting trainer, Dominic Denucci, who started Mick on the path to becoming a wrestling star. After years of wrestling as Cactus Jack, and ending up in the WWF as Mankind, the world was exposed to Dude Love when one of Mick's old tapes was aired on television. It was then decided that Mick would wrestle as Dude Love. And no one knew what to expect when The Dude arrived. But The Dude was a hit when he assisted Stone Cold Steve Austin against Owen Hart and the Brittish Bulldog. Mick wrestled as Dude Love off and own for a while, but the chances of the Dude returning are pretty slim.
