Section 1. Pasadena City College students will make up sole memberships.

Section 2. Members must uphold and abide by the M.E.Ch.A. de Pasadena City College Constitution.

Section 3. Members must maintain a minimum of a 2.0 current grade point average    to maintain voting rights.  This is effective after completion of one semester as a Mechista.

Section 4. Members must be active member of a working committee.

Section 5. Members must not affiliate with or conduct activities with local, national, international, or multinational organizations (i.e. C.I.A., F.B.I., I.N.S., or L.R.S. or any of it’s derivatives) that attempt to undermine the autonomy and self-determination of M.E.Ch.A. de Pasadena City College.

Section 6. All members constitute the general body.
