Airport Gestapo Strike Again

On Thursday 28/6/2001 the Tree Fellars arrived and proceeded to cut down these Norfolk Island Pines which our Association planted 12 years ago |

An Airport Safety Audit (Dated March 2001`) had identified them to be intruding into the OLS and Hazard to navigation OLS = Object Limitation Surface |

Unfortunately - They were the WRONG
Trees
In MAY 2001 the Same Tree Fellers had already cut down 8 Slash Pines at our request which were HIGHER than the Norfolk Pines because they were a Fire Hazard |

So - The REAL trees which the Safety Audit identified as a Hazard had already been removed about six weeks before. |
 |
We're still waiting for an Apology (Fat Chance eh?)
And if those Trees were a Navigation Hazard What does that make My Home??? |
