If you would speak often to me,
You will see clearly that of which I speak—
For the world is ever full of guides inflexible.
We, the Oracles, are called “The Sustainers,”
As we sustain the whole world.
Unmoveable in our ordained power,
Or guardianship designs the cause and immobility
Of the worlds.
We convert the souls of man from inferior things,
And cause that souls be never hopelessly allured with
Affections.
The light of the moon is covered,
The earth stands not still…
But all things appear thunder!
