You'll need:
1 white candle
1 white, silver or green candle
1 red, yellow or gold candle
a bell
Best time:
At night, preferably with a clear sky
Place:
Put the white candle infront of you (in the center of the altar if you are using one). Put the white, silver or green candle to the left of the white candle and the red, yellow or gold candle to the right of the white candle. If you want you may light a yellow and/or sea green candle(s) and place them behind the first three candles. Ring the bell three times. Look into the three seperate flames one at a time.
Speak or chant the following:
"to goddess, to god I call
Ring the bell three more times and look at the flames of the candles, breathing deeply. Let the engery of the flames flow into you and upwards to reach sky. If need, ring the bell three more times and repeat the chant. Do this as often as you want. When you are finished, blow out the yellow and/or sea green candles (if you used them), then the red, yellow or gold candle, then the white, silver or green candle and finally the white candle. The call is over.
This can be done daily or whatever nights you need it. It is not a spell as much as a call for protection, insight and guidance from above.
