Preparations:
Candles: 1 White 1 Black 1 Grey
Incense: Sage, Cedar, Rosemary, Pine
Anointing Oils: Rose, Sage, Pine, any Goddess oil, any altar oil.
Deities: any Crone goddess, Hecate, Kali
Moon Phase: Best done during the banishing phase.
Setup:
put the three candles in a upward pointed triangle. The WHITE candle should be at the tip of the triangle, the BLACK candle should be on the left bottom point, and the gray candle should be on the right. Then cast a circle of magick. Light the candles using a match and meditate upon them.
Incantation:
(Place the hand you write with over the BLACK candle, and say)
"With my heart I ponder thy skies to seek abroad the answer to mine own destiny. I accost thee noble goddess of the crone so wise, to quell the underlying meaning of my torturous state of gloom, by banishing that which spawn my sorrow."
(Place your hand over the gray candle, and say:)
"Fertile Lord of the wildwood, I call on thee anew. Calm my feelings of confusion and sorrow by nullifying that which induces my ever present state of broken happiness."
(Place your hand over the WHITE candle, and say:)
"Wunjo (viking runic god of JOY), great god of joy and happiness. Lead me unto your path of supreme love and joy. Let thy energy from within rain down upon my heart, to free me from my chains of sorrow and light which once shone with purity bright.
As it once was, so it shall be!"
