He was my great great grand father. i have quite a bit gen down already on him.  I belive this is the same family. he married margaret Serwalt. they had jacob lewis, george christian, sophia, charlotte, charles (my great grand father), Ana, Sarah, Frank.
He died from desentary, resulting from the civil war.
I am incontact with a Tom Rohr...who is also a relative. we discovered that the family changed its name. george having kept two o's the orginal name was Rohr with a ..over the o. which I think if I spell it corectly is an umlat.
Love to here more from you. I am excited to learn more about Ana's family!
