Melissa,
Phoebe Millard’ s parents were Dr. Abiather Millard and Tabitha Hopkins.

Seeing as Phoebe’s husband, Nathaniel is in my line, and Phoebe only as the wife of, I do not have any futher data on them other than their names.

Caroline Carmichael McIntosh’s parents were Charles Carmichael and Temperance Blachley. Caroline was the widow of Ezekiel C. McIntosh of Albany, NY.
